One Another Groups
Now thru the week of October 20
Everyone is invited to join one of these groups based on Pastor Vance's current sermon series “Blessed.” Together, through these sermons from the Beatitudes, we will look at Jesus’ answer to the question what does it mean to be blessed? Groups are offered on different days, times, and locations. Email us at info@mountzionchurch.org or stop by the Welcome Center on Sundays to get connected in a group.

Grace in the Wilderness: A Study of 1 Peter
Wednesdays, beginning October 23 | 6PM-8PM |
Group meets offsite
Group meets offsite
1 Peter was written to persecuted Christians that desperately needed to be encouraged with the hope of the gospel. In this life, we must keep eternity in view and be reminded that God’s grace is sufficient for us even in times of great suffering. This 5-week study will equip us to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context of 1 Peter, live the Christian life with purpose/conviction, and cultivate an eternal perspective when it comes to suffering and difficulty. Please email us at info@mountzionchurch.org or sign up at the Welcome Center if you plan to attend.

Book Club
Thursday, October 10 | 6PM | at Mt. Zion
The Women’s Book Club is for those who love to curl up with a good book and who would enjoy discussing what they’ve read with others. This is a great way to get to know other ladies who share the love of reading. All we ask is that each participant read the book selection for the month and then join us on the first Thursday of the month for lively discussion. The Book of the Month is "The Extraordinary Deaths of Mrs. Kip" by Sara Brunsvold.
